GPS SkyCaddie – Purchasing The Best System Will Only Improve Your Golf Game!

without comments

Your golf game can be improved with many tools and many tips that can be used, but most people do not think about how a yardage device of some sort can help them.  Golf is very much a game of confidence and it is very mental as well.  Golf is a game of consistency and if you are trying to play a shot that looks like it is 120 yards from the pin and it is really 130 yards, then you are setting yourself up for failure.  With SkyCaddie GPS you can guarantee you will always know your yardages to the pin, front of the green, and back of the green.

Think about it this way.  If you hit a perfect shot for 120 yards because you thought the shot was 120 yards from the pin and it was really 130 yards away, then you are, at best going to leave yourself a 30 foot putt when you hit a perfect shot.  This is something you need to understand because a 30 foot putt is much harder to make than a 10 foot putt.  You need to leave yourself shorter putts in order to make more pars and birdies.  It only becomes worse when you are trying to hit longer shots close, too.  Knowing the yardage allows you to hit the right shot into the green more often.

With any of the SkyCaddie GPS systems you will know the yardage exactly and you will have a much better chance of leaving yourself a shorter putt to make that birdie or par.  This will help to shave strokes off your golf game very fast and you will be in great shape to make sure you get the scores you are after.  Sure you could use other devices to get the yardage, but with the SkyCaddie system you will not only get the yardage to the pin, but also to all the hazards on the course, the front of the green, and the back of the green.  You will play better approach shots, lay up shots, and tee shots because of the system.

Sure you could go work on your swing so you can hit the ball more consistently, but when you are always hitting what you think is the right club and swing and you are long or short more than you should be, then you will struggle to get pars and birdies.  Golf is a game of the best missed shots and if you know the right yardage you are less likely to miss a shot and when you do it will be less of a miss than if you don’t have the right yardage.

I recently purchased the SGX and like most people had a problem trying to register the product. When I tried to sync on my computer with Windows 7 and 64 bit, I never did get it to sync, so I took it to office and was able to work on my XP machine. The have a temporary fix for Windows 7, but real fix will come shortly.

What Is The Most Noticeable Differences Between SkyCaddie Golf Products And All The Other Yardage Systems?

without comments

A yardage device is a necessity if youa re serious aobut impoving your golf game and doing so with the right equipment.  You will see improvement in both your practicing and your on the course golf.  One big part of making this decision is to know the difference between SkyCaddie golf and all the other yardage devices that are out there for you to choose from.  You need to know what to get for yourself and which product might be the one for you.

When you choose a rangefinder you will be getting a yardage device that allows you to shoot the yardage from anywhere that you are able to see the pin from on the course.  This is very advantageous because knowing the yardage you have to go is one great way to get more confidence in your game and the shot you select to hit into the green.  This is something that can literally take 5 strokes off your golf game and can do so in a hurry.  It only takes a few shots from a similar yardage to start figuring out exactly how far you can hit certain shots that you did not even know you had in your bag.

A rangefinder is a great tool, but SkyCaddie golf is another option you can choose and it has some benefits you cannot get from any other yardage device.  One of the greatest benefits about using a SkyCaddie system is that you get all the yardages to the front, back, and middle of the green along with to the pin.  It will also show you the yardage to hazards, bunkers, and anything else you might need to avoid.  You will have a better chance to pick your spots and end up right where you want to be.

The choice is clearly yours and you can go with a rangefinder or a SkyCaddie golf system.  Either one of them are going to improve your game if you use them properly and you start to figure out exact yardages instead of guessing where the pin is and what your yardage is.  This is an easy way to start shaving strokes off your game and giving yourself the edge you need to beat everybody in your foursome and in any tournaments you play in.

I’ll admit it…I tried a cheaper product made by Garmin. It locked up every three or four rounds. After trying three units I gave up and bought the SG5. It works great. The color screen is very easy to read in the sun. The charge lasts longer than I expected, usually three full rounds at least. My only complaint is that it’s a little bigger than some of it’s competitors. You can’t slip it into your pocket to take a swing. But I’ve used it for six months and it’s performed flawlessly.
