I Finally Found I Love The Outdoors
For a long time I could be found inside the house reading or watching a movie. Seldom would I venture outside and find some kind of activity to do there. But one day I signed up for an exercise class, because laying around the house was beginning to show on me, especially around the mid-section. Next thing I know, I was getting personal training and doing it outside.
I was hooked instantly. I had forgotten how good the fresh air was for my brain. My head cleared, and my thinking cleared with it. I felt brand new. It was amazing, the transformation that took place within me. I had been breathing that old stale air in the house for far too long. But no more. Now I was looking for even more things I could do outside.
It was only a short time before I took daily walks from my house to downtown. I was browsing around the local bookstore when I got a great idea. So I bought their best golf instruction book and was golfing the next day. Before I knew it, I was hooked on the game and teeing off on a regular basis. My whole life totally took a new turn in a very short time. It had been here in front of my nose for years.
In only four to six weeks, I was transformed, not only in the way I felt, but in the way I looked. I was trimming down and firming up. Some of the ladies around my town even remarked about what a change there had been in me. Being a single man, this was another source of motivation for me. I never missed an exercise class, or a day I had scheduled for a walk. And my golf game was improving all the time.
One day attending my exercise class, I met a beautiful woman who took an interest in me. We soon became more than just casual friends, and spent a lot of our time together. We walked a lot, we exercised together, and she was a golfer as well. After one year of our getting together at class, we both were sporting our rhodium plated wedding rings, and were a very happy couple. This all happened to me for embracing the outdoors.
We now have branched out and have been qualified to teach our own classes. It pays good, and we are extremely happy with our new lives. Sometimes I think back to the days when I stayed in and was a couch potato, and thought my life was fine. I am very thankful that I took action and saw a better way. Life is good and I am living it to the fullest.
The outdoors is the best place for getting your head clear. Staying shut in will deprive you of the amounts of real oxygen you need, and keep you from getting the amount of exercise you need as well. My advice to anyone, is to schedule some outside activities every week, and do not let life slip up on you and find you have been inside all this time. It is just not healthy. And who knows, you may find your true love like me.

The Real Life Impact Of Superstition
You may not give superstition a lot of though. The farthest you may go with this topic is reading your horoscope occasionally. You are a practical kind of person who looks for real explanations for life’s situations. On the other hand, you may know some of your friends who take this issue very seriously.
It can be as simple as wearing a nickel free good luck charm. Or, it can be as serious as wearing the same socks for each baseball game. You will find the faithfully superstitious throughout the country in bingo halls, on race tracks or bowling alleys near you. Some people can give you a reason as to why they are superstitious, others are just because.
So, if it’s true how do these charms work for their owners? You have been thinking about sticking to your personal training, will a superstitious charm help you do so? Or, you are simply tired of all the bad luck coming your way, it won’t hurt to try something out of the ordinary, you’re thinking to yourself.
If you choose to believe in them or not humans have leaned toward a superstitious nature for centuries. Clear indications point to cave drawings and sacrifices to name only a few. These were attempts by humans to change their course of life, and bring only good.
Some people may know in their minds that carrying a particular charm, or using the same golf club will not show you how to break 80 magically, but it’s an emotional attachment. It is a person who wants to take control in situations where there are too many outside factors to be in complete control.
This positive, emotional response can give a person a push to work toward their goal. Remaining positive will help keep your focus on achieving a particular goal. This impact also goes beyond the mental and translates into physical performance as well. Putting yourself in this positive mental and physical state of being can help a person excel.
What makes doing these things real is the mental impact. When you believe you can achieve something you will work hard to get there. On the other hand, if you think it is unattainable you will probably give up early on in the process. So, keeping positive because of a charm you are wearing may actually give you the reminder that you can do this. So is your great performance a matter of wearing the charm or the belief that you are going to get your goal?
